Return and Cancellation Policy

All products within Grid Design Shop are custom-made specifically for you upon your order. Therefore, our operational processes and return policies differ from standard ready-to-ship products.


1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

Since production preparations begin immediately after your order enters our system, requests for cancellation and full refunds are only accepted within the first 24 hours from the time of purchase. Cancellation or returns are not possible for orders exceeding 24 hours, as the production process will have already commenced.

2. Custom-Made Products and Legal Rights

All of our products fall under the category of goods prepared according to the customer's specific requests (custom-made). In accordance with the laws of Turkey (TKHK), the EU (Consumer Rights Directive), and the USA, such products are excluded from the standard "right of withdrawal without justification."

3. Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting: For damaged or incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Natural Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the characteristics of the materials, variations in tone, minor grout shedding, micro air bubbles, or minimal texture differences in tiles and concrete mortar are not considered defects and are excluded from the return policy.

  • Submitting a Claim: You can send your requests along with photos to info@griddesignshop.com.

4. Other Non-Returnable Items

Items with incorrect personalization details provided by the customer (name errors, wrong color selection, etc.), discounted (sale) items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

5. Refunds

For approved cancellations, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that this period may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
